Our History Part 1 Ken

Ken was born in Wales in 1951 to a family of 5. I was know as the favorite. This started my self-centered approach to life. In school I just got by. I had no interest in learning. After trying to go to University my boredom sent me packing after 6 months. I started my career in golf at 18 years old cleaning golf clubs at Thornhill Golf Club. At the end of the year the professional, Joe Noble came to me and said; "I have signed you up to be a golf professional". I was shocked. He said "we need more people like you in the business". Twenty five years later, October 1992, I walked out of golf without a job. What had happened? I became a Christian August 1992 at 41 years old. Something had changed. I no longer was after money, retirement and success, I was after something bigger, the meaning of life that was described by the bible. During my time as an entrepreneur I started over 5 businesses and was on my way to a great life as defined by this world. I was a workaholic, self-centered and insensitive. I had messed up two marriages to beautiful women. God opened my eyes and things started to change as I gave him control. Now as I turn 70 (30 years of being a Christian) I want to help others find True Christianity like Anne and I have. God shows up every day in our lives and he has changed my life to an others focused, caring sensitive person I love.

My passion is to help others and after studying Christianity for 30 years I feel I needed to start this website not only to share but to discuss what you have found too so that we can grow together. I am not a pastor or ever will be but with God so active in my life I feel I have things I need to share. I am constantly learning and just last week I learned something I had never heard for 30 years in church. It is important and I have never heard it before? How can that happen? That is not good. Anyway I hope you join us and hope you come closer to the true and living God and see your life change as I have.
